Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below So, got some prop and in week 6 now. Last vial, rubber and top both came off when I opened it. So I transferred it to another vial through a syringe. I shot and now the next day it is a big red spot and warm to the touch. Little sore but not bad at all. Should I just toss this vial? Anything I can do, maybe it is not sterile or something. Possibly baking, would that do anything? I have only read about it.

Get a hot washcloth and massage the area,do this several times, you will get used to it.

I would do the massage thing..in myu experience sometimes test shots just hurt a little bit the next day but if swelling persists and gets worse in pain rather than better have a doc look at it but if it gets better youll be fine..What i do sometimes before a shot Of test or something I know hurts a bit i like to heat the gear up slightly before i inject and this helps 100 percent
Probably not a big deal. Could have poked something just right for it to react that way. As has already been said, if it worsens over the following several days as opposed to getting better, have it looked at.
I'd give it atleast a week for it to get better. If it inflames even more and gets redder as well as more sore after an entire week, then that's when you need it checked to make sure you didn't get an infection.

most prop may leave that area ridiculously sore for up to a week. You'll know about 3-4 days after. If u got it good it will be funny when you sit down to do flat bench. and when you roll back to lay down for your set and you roll that area real good. that is some fun sh*t
