i'm wondering if i should cut red meat out of my diet. I'm trying to stay lean but still trying to make quality gains. I've also heard that you should food rotate-not eat the same food prepared the same way in a 48 hr period. Any help
IF YOU WANT QUALITY MUSCLE YA HAVE TO EAT REDMEAT,JUST MAKE SURE IT'S LEAN CUTS TRIM OFF ALL VISABLE FAT AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO.CHICKEN AND TUNA ARE OK BUT MEAT IS WHERE IT'S AT IMO.
