Other then Eq is there anything that can (more quickly then EQ) raise your red blood cell count? I need to improve my cardio routine (distance mostly) and was wondering what if anything can help me with this (other then running more) ?

what does this do?

only other thing would probably be what lance armstrong was tested for to make sure he wasn't doping. IT starts with an "e" but I dont know how to spell the entire word but it increase red blood cells and thickens blood, sometimes too much.

that's probably equipose (probably spelled wrong) or EQ

No, its EPO, hormone that stims marrow to produce new RBCs

Anadrol does this to a lesser extent (used in aplastic anemia).

B-12 is needed for proper formation of RBC and their hemoglobin.

thanks bigrand EPO is exactly what I was talking about, I didn't know how to spell the long form of it and was too lazy to look it up for the guy.

all anabolic steroids increase RBC's.

Anadrol is associated with high RBC's (and was widely prescribed for aplastic anemia) though have not seen head to head studies (except a few case studies)

this case study in particular, as well as the posits, was interesting

Remission of pure red cell aplasia following oxymetholone therapy.

Chang JC, Slutzker B, Lindsay N.

A 53-year-old male with a long-standing idiopathic pure red cell aplasia, refractory to testosterone cypionate, fluoxymesterone, and corticosteroid, was successfully treated with oxymetholone. Blood count, bone marrow, reticuloendothelial bone marrow scan, and ferrokinetic studies showed a marked increase of erythropoiesis in response to oxymetholone. The patient became hematologically normal within 12 weeks and has required no further transfusions. This observation suggests possible difference of mechanisms in the action of various androgenic drugs. It also suggests that failure of response to one androgenic agent does not necessarily mean the other androgenic agents will not be effective in cases of refractory idiopathic pure red cell aplasia.

my friend is on 300 mg of EQ a week and on week three he threw up and cut his esophagus had to go to hospital.. long story short they had to take his blood and the doctor asked if he was takin any supplements and he was like ya why and he said becuz it looked like he had been training in the mountains for 2 years his red blood cells were 3 times more than normal.. so at 300mg a week (which is low) it will still help a bunch and i dont think 3 weeks is very long to wait..

yes, if you are dehydrated or have some condition that would be exacerbated by higher levels of RBC's
greattt, bout 2 start my EQ cycle for the first time at 600mg, hope i dont die

so wut if u play football.. and ur takin EQ does that mean during a game i might pass out or something?

In short "Potent anabolics such as nandrolone, testosterone and oxymetholone are similarly good enhancers of erythropoiesis""Certainly those mentions of the vast superiority of one agent such as Anadrol or Equipoise over all others should be ignored."

bill has little basis for such a claim, he would have been correct in saying that steroids other than anadrol and EQ increase RBC's but he has presented no evidence refuting that anadrol in particular provides superior hematocrit increases (there are no studies in humans on boldenone- so there is absolutely no grounds for even making assertions regarding it)

300mg a week for 3 weeks no way...that would possibly raise his rbc by one point

some ppl go up more than others but nah...300 a week for 3 weeks. cant believe it had much effect at all
