Recruit needs help w/ cycle

Hey! I am about to order my first cycle. I'm 29 yrs. old , 6' 235lbs and have been working out for about 8 yrs. I just can't get the results I want naturally. Want to maintain muscle mass and get ripped. Currently, my body fat % is around 17%. I would like to get down to about 8% by july. What should I take? Please help.
 
If your goal has to do with bodyfat %, then the first thing you should take is...... a look at the diet forum. Second thing you should take is a look at your own diet in comparison to the info you find over there. After taking these two things, you can add things like clen, ECA, T-rex, and YES to your supplement program. If you have goals towards greater muscle growth also, then you probably wanna start off simple with a cycle of test by itself at a reasonable dose (250-400mg weekly). Your diet and routine will play the biggest impact in the results you get. Good luck

anyone with 17% should look to diet first, you're not a tub of lard but no reason to go to drugs until you have to. you'd have to be dieting on the primo or winny anyway

What do you suggest? A diet of brown rice and baked chicken breast, with plenty of greens and red potatoes? If so, how long before actually starting a cycle.
 
Bro, RESEARCH DIETING! Heres an overview: Break down how you can do the best you can by macronutrients. What are the best carbs? Think GI. What are the best fats? Think monosaturated and MCT. What are the best Proteins? Think bioavailability.

Also, change up your protein sources. Try buffalo burger, salmon, turkey breast etc...
 
I went From 17% down to 15% bodyfat in 2 weeks

My diet has consisted of baked chicken, rice, greens, sweet and red potatoes, and several protein shakes every day. I have also been consistent in taking amino acids and creatine. I am ready to take my diet and supplements to the next level. How do I find find a good newbie diet/cycle to fit my needs?
 
if your diet is just chicken and brown rice tbh it is aweful, no wonder your at 17% bf. drugs with may be the exception of dnp (but this may/ can kill you no joke) will do naything unless your diet is good and if you want to get ripped cv omg lots of cv morning cv is evn better and trust me it is real fun geting up at 6am to go for a bloody run in the dark.

so if you want to do what it take go and geta nutrtionist and pay him the $100 to sort your diet out it is a fraction of the proe a cycle will cost and you will get better gains and then start running every morning for 45mis and your bf will flall nicely to abotu 12-10% and little muscle will be lost if following the nuttionist guidlines then hit up some juice. but madte yoiu have a lot of learning befor eyou shoudl even be conisdering the old needle tbh.
