"recreational" drug users: how long is cocaine detectable in your system?

all of the arm rail experts at my local after work watering hole were debating how long this stuff can be found in your system....a couple of the guys have random drug testing at work and were debating the merits of taking off a few days.....jazzfest here in nawlinz was happy time for a lot of peeps!

i know a few of the C & C peeps have enjoyed the stuff ( a LONG time ago, of course)....what do ya'll think? how long can it be found on a drug test?

36 hours for a one time use... in urine.. if you are highly hydrated.

up to 7 days if you are dehydrated.

For habitual use, they say longer, but I doubt that since it's not fat soluable.




Hair.... most tests try to do 90 days growth, but they can look up to a year.

yes bigtime users can be detected up to 8 days but it only takes about 2 days 3 days max for once in a while users

just buy a home test kit and when its says negative your good to go. i am on pain pills for my ankle and even though they are legally prescribed and also not over prescribed i didnt want to have to explain a positive test to my new job i just got. even though its justified it still looks bad.

anyway i bought a home test kit. well a 3 pack just to make sure. the first one was positive, i waited 2 days then the second one was negative. so i went and took the test at the lab the following day to make sure there wasnt a trace of it left in my system and i passed. those home test kits are awesome.

Drink a shit ton of water. Cocaine metabolites are water soluble. One time party weekend, drinnk a lot of water afterwards, and it is like 2 days max.

thats what i did when my coach told me i was getting drugged tested the next day and i had done coke the previous weekend..
