Recovery time on a cycle

I currently lift 5 days a week.
Day 1 - Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's
Day 2 - Chest, Back, Abs
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Legs
Day 5 - Rest
Day 6 - Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's
Day 7 - Chest, Back, Abs

I'm planning on changing my work out 2 weeks before my cycle to:
Day 1 - Legs, Chest, Tri's, Abs
Day 2 - Back, Shoulders, Bi's
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Legs, Chest, Tri's, Abs
Day 6 - Back, Shoulders, Bi's
Day 7 - Rest
and continue 2 days on 2 days off routine.

Anyways my question is, will i recover quicker so i dont need 2 days off or is it still a good idea to give my muscles 48 hours to recover?
 
Depends on what you are accustomed to, your recovery time, your work capacity, etc.

If I took 48 hours off from the gym while juicing, I'd be a raging bull. It’s too long for me. I usually try to keep a 3 on, 1 off when I'm on or off cycle, but when I'm on, I aim for two workouts a day. I do one in the AM and one in the PM with a nap in between.

I realize not everyone has time for this.

To answer your question, I don't think you need 48 hours off to recover when juicing.

There is no way in hell I would ever train legs with chest.(Not when Im bulking)

Also bro post your stats before you ask a question, you will get more posts and better answers to your questions. History and gear use also needed.

Nice change, you need to change your routine every 6-8 weeks, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days. Otherwise you simply adjust and your gains start to slow.
 
Your Plan 2 is interesting

its doable, But I highly advise NOT doing heavy shoulder presses do to the over lap from the chest day before which tax the same front delt, upper pec, trap structure as well as tricep tendon.

I heard about dc training and ive read up on it, seems pretty interesting from what ive read......
