This is what I like. Plus some extra fish oil maybe even krill oil.Focus on Rest, stretch, eat properly, replace fluids, massages, hot bath, avoid overtraining.
Supplements: Skeletal Balm applied on joints, Muscle Replenisher (protien, amino acids, carbs, creatine, taurine, electrolytes, vitamin E, glutamins, ALA all on in product).
Just started taking the Muscle Replenisher recently and I like it. Nice profile and considering all the aminos and added goodies it still taste good with water. Im talking about the lemonade havent tried the orange.
