hi,
im on a cycle (test e + eq 12 weeks), and im thinking about buy some supplements for a better recovery from the heavy workouts that im having right now with the cycle.
What will be the best combo?Im thinking about glutamine + bcaa's + creatine.Its a good idea?
Ps.Im already with a good diet, 50g prot every meal 6x day

You should of had that stuff and been using it even before you started ur cycle. Also dont forget ur fish oils but otherwise looks fine

Focus on Rest, stretch, eat properly, replace fluids, massages, hot bath, avoid overtraining.

Supplements: Skeletal Balm applied on joints, Muscle Replenisher (protien, amino acids, carbs, creatine, taurine, electrolytes, vitamin E, glutamins, ALA all on in product).

Yes and no to this.

If OP uses NTBM to get his products, he will recieve in just a few days. That's the great thing about NTBM

Now I can relate to this, don't start a cycle without everything you might need.

That is if we lived in the perfect world. We run out of stuff, it's gonna happen. NTBM does ship quick... But perhaps when you purchase your support supps you should try and calculate how much you'll need and you can stock up so you don't run out of something mid cycle.
 
I'm currently on a test cycle as well, I developed some mild gyno and freaked. As a result I doubled up on my AI and killed my estro which led to some fucked up joint pain...

Mega dosed fish oil and Skeletal balm worked absolute wonders for me.
I've also heard Forged joint repair is great but haven't personally tried it.
 
Well for me i live in another continent let alone another state so nothing comes quick for me. Yes i can buy whatever i need here but nothing like the products on NTBM.. So for me careful planning will have to do the trick/

This is what I like. Plus some extra fish oil maybe even krill oil.

Just started taking the Muscle Replenisher recently and I like it. Nice profile and considering all the aminos and added goodies it still taste good with water. Im talking about the lemonade havent tried the orange.
 
Definitely helps with the joint pains you can experience from low estrogen since they help lubricate your joints. Take lots of fish oil + Skeletal Balm and you'll be good to go.

I second the majority of the advice given by these good bros. The best thing i like about skeletal balm (other than it working great) is that it actually smells good. You don't walk around smelling like an old sweaty balled senior citizen for the entire day like you do with most other similar products.

Works just as well as KY Jelly also:D
