Recommended test type for first cycle?

Hi guys, wondering what variety of test is best for a test only cycle as a first time pin and what dose? Would poss kick with dbol 30 ed. Stats are age 33, 206lbs, 6ft2 and roughly 15%bf. Any and all suggestions welcome
 
Most will say test e or c because of the ability not to pin often and less PIP ( post injection pain)

But I am a firm believer of test prop all around all the time because of it's natural ability to actually mimic natural rise and fall of natural hormone levels therefore the risk of any sides is lower .. And ur body's other hormones stay on track with ur test levels fluctuating like the body naturally does !! Found that estrogen control is easier and the amount of ur Ai does not have to be as high !! I speak from personal experience and years of reading


Normal test levels rise and fall through the day
High in the morning low in the evening

When on a long Ester or longer than prop ur levels are very high at the start and taper down through the week this causes a bunch of peaks and valleys this is why most guys pin a long Ester 2x a week to keep the highs and lows more level

I prefer a prop Ester on a eod pin
Normal Trt is 50 mg eod this will give ya the upper end of normal range !! Bout 900 ish

Now as for cycle good start is 100 eod to 150 eod only issue is if ur new to gear u will get a nice little bite at over 1 ml of prop the pip will be bad for some so bad hard to lift

So u have to ask urself this

Do u want to pin less and not hav much pip

Or do u want a nice smooth flow of test with virtually no peaks and valleys with ur hormones ?

The pip usually goes away after the Virgin muscles get used to the test

So it all is down to goals and preference


Prop is a better for less water retention and that dry lean look if ur already lean

The longer ones can have more water retention but ultimately it's how ur body reacts !! But most of the time a good Ai dose will keep things normal and less water

I have tried all the tests

Test cyp sucks for me gives me horrible acne
Test e is so so but I find my body just likes prop

All the way around it's the best test other than suspension but pip and pinning up to two times a day on suspension is not fun


So it comes down to what ur goals are and what ur willing to sacrifice and do
 
I think at 100-120 eod is good for first cycle

My Buddie is about ur stats and started his first cycle and results are great

If u wanna add more go up to 150

But honestly if ur diet and training is good first cycle 100 eod u will do fine on 👍👍

Plus with prop ur gonna start to see results In 2 weeks 4 weeks it will be a game changer !!!
