Recommended PCT

19 years old, 83kg
Tomorrow I am going to run my second cycle, Prop + Tren ace for 6 weeks 100mg both eod, HCG in the second week.

I've seen many opinions about PCT and I would like to hear your opinions also, what kind of PCT would you recommend?
