Currently starting my 7th week of test @ 500mg ew. I've gained 10lbs but the gains flattened out around week 4-5. My strength is still increasing. Do I stop at the end of week 8 and start pct or continue to week 10-12.
 
If I were you Id run the test for ten weeks and add some dbol in there now at around 30mg ed and run it untill you start pct
 
keep it up. Sometimes it feels like gains have stoped but in reality they are just coming slower. Eather way you will gain more on cycle then off. Stau till atleast 10. That is if you have the $.

edit... try adding an extra 1000 cals with an extra 50g of protien ed

Change your diet up, adding food is usually the key. Remember, food is the best anabolic out there! :coffee:

Yeah Ive read that for gear to be the most effective you need to massively increase your protein intake. Basically made the case that most people are protein limited on cycle. I wish I could find that article, I read it a few years back. One of the intersting statements the author made is that bodybuilding naturally isnt very productive unless gains are measured very slowly - like on a yearly basis. Where as using steroids gains come so fast they can be measured on a monthly basis.
