Recommend Routine For Me

I'm looking for a new workout routine. My goals are mainly muscle mass, and some strength. If you know of a good 4-day split routine that meets my goals, please post it here.

Thank you.

provide answers to the following please:

stats
age
experience with bodybuilding
BF%
exact goals, mass? lean muscle? etc..
diet?
how many days do you hit the gym?

Here are my stats:

Age: 16
Experience: Almost a year bodybuilding.
BF%: ~10%
Goals: Muscle mass and strength.
Diet: Sufficient.
Gym Days: 4 days every week, never missed/skipped days.

I would do something simliar to what i am doing now. 4 day split which is a basic push/pull/legs routine with the 4th day focusin on shoulders and weak areas. IMO you need an overhead day all on its own. Overhead strength is one of the hardest things to achieve IMO. (then again i have stretch armstrong arms)

Start with this routine:

Day 1: Shoulders, Biceps, triceps
Day 2: Legs
Day3: Chest
Day 4: Back, abs

Simple. Effective. You're only 16 bro. you dont want to start doing anythng heavy. Just stick with the simple exercises, though I'm not sure you know what that means.

My advice is do some research or get a training partner to show you the exercises in the gym before you do them.

Learn perfect form on squat, deadlift, benchpress, olympic lifts. etc. These are all priceless.
