Recommend my first cycle

I'm looking to get some gear but not sure what my first cycle should be
5'11"
165 pounds
Great diet
Looking to gain mass
Lifting for a year Im a newb please help

Honestly bro one year of training is nothing. I've been lifting for almost a decade total with over 8 years straight. I wouldn't even touch steroids until you have at least 3 years but preferably 5 under your belt. The best gains you will ever make come in the first 3 years. Steroids work better when you have a solid base built already. And no offense but from your stats you don't yet. I'm sure there are a lot of holes in your training and diet that can be tweaked and have a dramatic impact. The only thing I would advise at this point is a good multi like ruthless 3d, a protein like wheytobuild, a pre workout and maybe creatine.

a year... really. Just train at least a couple more years then consider aas. Your far below natural ability and honestly when still this new the gains won't be that much different with or without aas.
 
165 lbs?You need to eat,eat,eat mate.Your diet needs to be tweaked a bit.Do this and u could pack on a fair few pounds without the use of steroids.Post up your diet and the lads here will give u advice.Hope this helps mate.
 
You need to provide goals and statistics for yourself or it makes it hard to guide you one way or another... You cannot be vague when your looking for help... The help can be offered but you must help us to help you bro...
 
Sorry should have been more detailed for a year I have been lifting heavy Im naturally 115 pounds and have gotten to 165 with a diet of 3 eggs 4 whites a cup of oatmeal and a banana in the morning 45 minutes later a protein shake 3 meals of chicken or tuna with brown rice and veggies and fruit in a cup of Greek yogurt. 3 nights a week I do pasta and the other 4 I do steak with bread and veggies.

Agreed 100%. You're saying you gained 50lbs of muscle in a year?
 
I'm 21 and yes I have trained for a long time but not tried to bulk so I guess when I hit it hard I bulked quick and I got to 170 at my highest

Forget it at 21 dude, at your age and being 165 you got a long way to go in regards to training and diet. You need a solid base which takes years not months and at 21 your natty test levels should be soaring.
 
I believe you could have put that weight on in a year because you were so far underweight... The weight you were at is near starvation... You still have a way to go though my friend... At your height and age, you have a lot of growing to do... Depending on your goals, changing your diet will help as well as developing a better routine in the gym, mixing it up and shocking your muscles... You have really just begun... You don't want to start considering this until you are years in and have developed a lot more... There are great supplements you can take now to start with growth... Look into GEAR, N2bulk, creatine powerchews... These are all going to be very helpful for you...
