Recommend me some music - hard

Going CD shopping tomorrow. Recommend me some hard rock/metal bands that I should look into - something to help me lift or just put on when I'm feeling like listening to something heavy.

I'm picking up Dream Theater, Children of Bodom, and System of a Down.

Suggestions?

I agree, i have both... the new album has more melodys or singing in it, less screaming ect. but both are great cds
