hey guys i got a recipe to make your cravings vanish..
2 scoops of choc protein powder or 1packet of lowcarb ch. MRp
3tbps of sugar free jello
5packets of spenda
cinnamen
1tsp banana extract
3 sliced straberries
3sugar free choc wafers/or 2 packets of pbutter lean protein cruncies(found in health foods or gnc)
sliced Almonds and half cup of fiber one
Mis a lilk bit of water with powder and add jello to make pudding..add ban extract,splenda n cinnnimon...in another bowl throw in fiber one cereal, almonds, and the wafers/cruncies.pour the pudding on top of it and mix a bit...throw the berries on top with some whip cream if u like ....you can freeze it for 15 in for an ice cream texture or fridge it for 1 hour..add more almonds on top if u wish...this a very good and healthy for You!!! tell me what you thinkl...bad for cutting?
