Yes i knew that..

but seems like it would be the same with raw materials for steroids..
like just having the pre mix.. powder that has not been converted .

seem like it would also be legal until it is truned into and injectable or an oral product.

Oh sorry i misunderstood the post not completely sure about the powders seems like it would be the same but you never know since the use of the fina pelets is for cattle injections not sure how one would justify the buying of aas powders for a "legal" reason

well if you got the powder i would guess it would be to make pellets for cattle or something like that or for research reasons ..

The issue is whether the powder meets the federal or a state definition of a steroid. If it meets the definition whether a powder, oil, or cream/transdermal, it is illegal. Hypothetically, powders maybe worse because you could get hit with an intent to manufacter charge.

Powders are illegal, otherwise we would all have them.

Cocaine is illegal regardless if you're carrying it in crack(solid), powder, or liquid suspension.

Cattle implants fall under an agricultural exemption and it is illegal to convert them into human use form.

In order to legally order/possess steroid powders you must register with the DEA and obtain a license that costs 5,000-7,000 dollars annually.

Powders are illegal. Look at any states general statutes. Some specifically list the specific compound - and some have a catch all.
