I will post pics of myself when my bulking cycle finishes. This will be by the end of March. Then I will enter a pre-cutting cycle from April to the middle of May. Then from May all the way until the end of September is when I will enter and stay in a cutting cycle.

I am currently 5' 9" 213lbs 12% BF
