i have drank the ref-b and it does taste like shit, so i started to inject into empty gel caps. then it had no taste.

I do the same thing with the gel caps and had one open on me the other. The ref-b tastes like shit but for some reason it's just one of those horrible tastes, I love. I guess it's just me thinking this shit s going to get me big as f...

You're better off drinking it though since most of the time its not the cleanest stuff you can take...
