Reccomended NYC Dosages

What is te best dosage pattern, on workout days and then on off days. I have been taking it for about two weeks. Sometimes i feel a rush, sometimes i just get tired, so i assumed i was doing something wrong. Well thanks!
 
I don't think nyc is supposed to give you that same rush as reg. eca. It's made with norephedrine which is thermogenic but does not give you the jitters. I just picked up two bottles myself. How bad is it on appetite suppression?
 
start with two tabs daily, and work up to 6 tabs in 3 divided doses.

NYC won't stimluate you like ECA will, but the fat burning efect is tremendous.
 
i did notice some appetite supression at night times. Last night was first night back at the dorms, and we usually pig out at night, and my cousin wanted to, but i told him i just wasn't hungry.
AS far as the dosage patterns, i was referring to, before what should i take it. In the mornings i usually dont eat until 1pm, b/c of class, so when should my first dose be? Then i assume you should always dose before working out, correct? THANKS again bros!
 
WOULD YOU TAKE THIS IN CONJUNCTION WITH HYDROXYCUT SINCE THAT SEEMS TO BE A BETTER SUPPRESSOR FOR THE APPETITE???

take upon waking.. utilize those non-eating hours for lipid mobilization. and yes before workout is a "must".

you can dose more frequently than 3 times a day.. if preferable you can use single tabs intermittantly as well.
