i did notice some appetite supression at night times. Last night was first night back at the dorms, and we usually pig out at night, and my cousin wanted to, but i told him i just wasn't hungry.
AS far as the dosage patterns, i was referring to, before what should i take it. In the mornings i usually dont eat until 1pm, b/c of class, so when should my first dose be? Then i assume you should always dose before working out, correct? THANKS again bros!
