Well here is the jist of it all im 47 5' 10 and 255lbs. Body fat has gotten out of hand was ripped 20 yrs ago. Back in the gym, have questions on a couple of things , proper diet foe test / tren cycle and what is probable weight loss thru the cycle? I understand it varies just wanting some speculation. Hope its not too late for an old man .

Steroids don't mix with a high body fat environment. This especially goes for a harsh steroid like trenbolone. Fat loss should come from diet and exercise only. Honestly, I only recommend steroids for those who have been consistent with their training and a solid bodybuilding diet for several years. There is no easy way out or magic pill for you my friend.

I'm afraid hard work is your only option. Steroids at this point would strain your internal organs and lipids to the max and with all of the fat you are carrying, you will most likely experience gyno (bitch tits). At your age, it would be much harder to recover from the damage so expect some serious problems if you go this route

Bro what they are saying is exactly correct. You have to loose that fat first. I would suggest that you google CKD diet. IT is effective and for me at least very easy to do as this is how I like to eat anyway.
So check it out and plz keep up posted on what you decide. It would be awsome of you to run a log if you have the time. Gr8 inspiration for all of us on here.

its never too late bro, but there's a right and wrong way to do things and your thinking is extremely flawed... you need to develop consistency in your training and diet and not attempt to be dependent upon steroids or anything else for that matter... YOU need to do this first... YOU need to get yourself in a condition that will be conducive to running a cycle... At this point, your first priority should just be getting on track and working your ass off to get in the proper condition to be able to advance toward your goals...
