Reb Bull and other energy drinks

Just tried Red Bull for the first time and like it. I remember reading a post a while back that some are mixing red bull with something else.


Looking for some suggestions on what to mix with it.


Also, if you can suggest any other good energy drink, that would be appreciated.

Exactly.. the caffeine in redbull is only 80 mgs.. less than one cup of coffee. Most of us take way more than that in our eca stacks, several times a day.

Must be the taurine/sugar??
