what is a reasonable rate of visceral belly fat loss in inches?
I am a 35 male 5'8" 189#s, my widest point across my belly button is 37.5"
when i flex my abs tight i can drop it to 33.5"
i have very little body fat elsewhere, maybe an inch in the flanks, overall fairly muscular 16" bi's etc but obviously not jack'd
i assume low carb / low glycemic carb is my only solution
but am i better off with short intense cardio like 12mins
or long slow cardio in the 60% heart rate zone
any guess how many pounds that 4 inches might be holding?
