Rear isolated moves?

Hey bros,

I have some trouble hitting my rear delts and the "bottom tricep" (not sure of them name).

Do you know any good isolation or otherwise moves that could hit them nicely?

Thanks
PF

I like face pulls for rear delts. Not sure what you mean by bottom tricep.

face pull? what is that exactly...

yea. its hard for me to explain... ya know the "V" your tricep makes..... the top part of mine is HUGE meanwhile the bottom part is non-existent....

braced rear latereals and low cable face pulls for rears

Braced lateras:
lie face down on an incline bench to perform rear laterals

low cable face pulls:
straight bar on a low pully, set back, perform face pulls. this helps to pull back as well as up, to hit more rear delt

for your tris, try revers grip tricep press downs
use a straight or slightly cambered bar, an underhand grip for tri-press downs

hope that helps

I do a shitload of rear-delt work--like at least 12 sets-- & I acutally got more size on my shoulders doing power cleans than ALL that isolation work.... go figure :)

Good point. Snatch actually seems to hit my rear delts harder than anything.
