Rear delts on back day?

Does anyone else do rear delts on back day? I do because I feel lat pulldowns and especially seated cable rows work not only your back and lats but also your rear delts to a good degree and there's no sense beating them up more than once a week.
 
back day makes the most sense as they get pummeled with rows and pulldowns. I started doing them on shoulder day as well to bring them up and they have blown up in a very short time

exact same thing here man. if they are lagging, train them twice

What's your shoulder workout like?
 
I usually do lasts and mid-back on the same dat and save rear delts for shoulder/trap day....works better for me.....also I do a modified version of a bent lateral that allows heavier weight and my post delts have really grown
 
I work rear delts on back day, so 2x a week
