Rear Delt Help

I need to work on my rear delts. I've been doing DB rows with elbows out on shoulder day as a secondary lift to overhead DB presses. Should I switch the elbows out DB rows for my 5x5 instead? Or do another lift completely?

Rear delt raises work well for me. I do these on my back day:

Deadlifts 5x5
Barbell Rows 2x8
Pull Ups 2 x max
Shrugs 3x12
Rear Delt Raises 2x8

I am pretty dead after this workout especially with the deadlifts and chin ups but it has worked well for me.
 
yes and in regards to those DB cleans, they are awesome! i love them. i find them a great alternative to doing rear raises which i cant do because of a clicking i get in my rear delt. also you can try face pulls on a high cable or on the lat pull down using ropes.
 
i use dbell cleans primarily as prehab for my rotators. its definitely not an overload exercise, but its excellent for the infraspinatus and external rotators (one of which is the rear delts) . i would stick to a more compound motion, face pulls, rows, pulldowns at various angles, thats just my opinion.
