Really need some Arimidex Dosing Advice

OK, got my recent labs back, total test was 722 after 8 1/2 days. Free test was 186.9, Total estrogen was 61. From what I've been reading I should be testing Estradiol but my doctor checks the Estrogen box on the lab slip, next time I'll check the Estradiol box myself. My dilemma is this:

I've been taking 120mg Test E a week and .75 mg Arimidex M-W-F. I still experience hot flashes, anxiety, and feels like my BP goes up sometimes. I got my Estrogen down from 134 to 61 on .75 mg Arimidex M-W-F. I heard 20-30 is the optimal range. Is that Estrogen or Estradiol? I'm thinking of increasing my Adex dose to 1.5 mg a week (.5mg M-W-F) but wondering if that is too much. I have a retest in 8 weeks. I still feel like SH*T, and I gotta get this estrogen under control. I even thought about taking .25 mg everyday. I need to start the new dosage so I can retest in 8 weeks. I NEED HELP!!!!! It seems if I go more that two days without taking Adex I get the symptoms again.....Don't know what to do.....BTW is there anyway to figure out what my Estradiol level would be with a total Estrogen level of 61? Just wondering.....

Okay, I increased my dose to 1.5mg a week, I'm starting to get some nightime wood. I'll keep my dose there or maybe go to 1.75mg a week for now and retest in 8 weeks. If my wood gets better I'll keep the higher dose, if not I'll drop back to 1.5 a week. Once I get this estrogen under control I'm gonna try a blast of maybe 200-250 a week. Definitely feeling more aggressive and Alpha-Male like with the increased Adex dose.
