Really Helped my sore lower back

What I did to help my lower back so I was ready to go for new 8 week bulking program

-stretching daily
-situps + extensions
-pillow under hips
-new mattress
-good posture through day

Thanks to everyone for good advice

ALso I wore my belt really tight and that helped alot during barbell rows
 
My very stiff yet comfy mattress helps my back a hell of a lot. When i hurt my back, i'm sure it was part of helping my recovery.
