Alright guys ... Im 17 and I will be entering my senior year this fall ... I have 4 months (now untill August) to get in the best shape that I can. I am admittidly pretty weak. I am 6'0 and about 260 and I bench around Max 210 and do mostly reps of 165-175 when I workout. What is a realistic goal (going hard, 4 times a week) from now untill August? How high can my bench get? How much stronger could I get for football?
