It took me exactly 14 weeks. I set a date and stuck with it, I figured 14 weeks was plently of time to accomplish my goal. I spent the last 5 months bulking up and I plan on starting my 14 week cutting phase in about 2 weeks. I guess between week 12 and 14 there really wasnt that much of a difference, only a couple lbs of water dropped.

This was the first time I went the entire time without 1 cheat day, not even a cheat meal, I had a goal and felt that my progress would be slowed down if I pigged out 1 day or for 1 meal. I definately felt that I had much better results without cheat days, I know there are some on here that will argue that and feel that you need cheat days, but Im going by results. I know it sounds tough to go without cheat days, but it actually kept the cravings lower than when I cheated.
