Thought I'd share my research on how to get rid of ugly cellulite and fat in general. Diet and cardio only seem to go so far for some of us seeking the ultra ripped body. The following methods come mainly from the archives of the great Dan Duchaine, in his "Dirty Dieting Newsletters" which are no longer in print. Also from his book, Body Opus.
Use your own discretion when employing these methods as they do involve drugs which may or may not be legal in your country. This info is for entertainment value only. (Although I must say, it works!)
First, all of us women (and men) would get a bit leaner if estrogen levels were not so damn high. A simple little drug called Tamoxifen Citrate (brand name Novaldex) of 10 mg every day for the rest of your lean life. This is an estrogen blocker. If you have the female pattern fat (butt, thighs and hips) this drug blocks estrogen that puts the fat in those areas (to greatly simplify things). It helps!
Spot Reduction:
Yes, you can spot reduce with the use of a few different pharmaceuticals. First, being Primobolan injected subcutaneously with an insulin syringe into the offending fat deposit. Or crushing up some Primo tabs and adding them to your Yohimburn cream or just in DMSO. Another method is adding clen tabs to your Yohimburn or DMSO.
Another spot reducing mix is using injectable albuterol with a phosphodiesterase inhibitor such as Amrinene or Milrinone (which I have searched extensivly for and never find).
You can also inject liquid theophylline or caffiene into the fat. Basically, most all liquid types of asthma medications will work.
However, these drugs release the fat held in the cells but you better get off your bum and go do some high intensity aerobics while the fat is in your blood stream so that it does not get redeposited somewhere else.
I have used injectable albuterol, Yohimburn with crushed Clen pills and have had miraculous results.
If you want more detailed scientific explanations I suggest you purchase the Dirty Dieting Newsletters at qfac.com
I have yet to try T3 or T4 topical creams. Any input from those who have tried is appreciated.
(I'm hardly ever on these boards, although I've been a member off and on since it's conception- so your questions to me will probably go unanswered. Hey I'm off researching how to beat the war on fat..hehehee will post my findings...)
