Anything can be abused and if miss treated will damage your body or kill you. Some peolpe can take gear and never have side effects and some can get gyno on a mild first cyle. It"s up to the individual to educate themselves and learn about what they put in their body and how their body responds to it.This is a never ending process if you want to follow this lifestyle safely.

how bout guys like arnold...hes older and has done juice and appears to be fine...except he cant pernounce california...

He's also had 3 Quad bypass heart attacks for an emlarged heart from aas use or abuse? He's decently medicated for the rest of his life and has to get weekly check ups. Also must put in a few mile running sessions twice daily which is a good thing. Not acting like a know it all just had a med student intern work with his Dr for 2 years... Yeah and he cant pernounce Kel E Forn ya.

This thread was very informational for me, but I dont use aas. How about HGH, more serious sides or dangers than aas? Equal? Differnt dangers?

I think, honestly, we're all kidding ourselves if we think that juicing is living a sober lifestyle or just cuz we juice we're the exception..It all comes down we're putting a foreign matter into our bodies and it overall increases the possibilities of us shortening our lives by whatever means necessary to look big, feel strong, and wear our fanny packs. And if we stopped juicing, our lives probably would last longer living in our flabby, stretch-marked healthy bodies with our fanny packs still on.

:)

Am I glad my ass never grew a fanny pack!! *whew*

On a more serious note, my concern lately is my obsession with AAS, and training, and dieting, etc. I love learning more about the whole lifestyle, as much as actually living it....I'm by no means a "junkie", but sometimes I have to take a step back because I feel consumed by it.

You know I tend to think whoever thought up the old time on= time off meant well but really didnt base it at all on science.
I mean come on...If I run 1 g Primo for 16 weeks or anavar or something mildly androgenic and highly anabolic is is really neccessary to take 4 months off of everything??? I tend to beleive if we can keep from becoming totally shut down by rotating high androgenic drugs, high anabolic drugs, anti-E's, and non AAS anabolic agents(GH, IGF-1, slin, T3, clen...etc..) we should really never have to take toooo much time off you know?? maybe just a few weeks here and there to prep for another run.

any thoughts on this?

Im assuming the same would be true if you went fomr something highly androgenic/anabolic to something mild less time could be taken off as well.
