Musclefattie... I'm with you on the crab meat.. I'm in New England so I buy the fresh picked stuff... expensize but soooo damn good. I just eat it plain.. or if its a cheat day I'll add a little mayo to it.

yeah don't eat the imitation stuff it sucks! you might as well eat a kfc or something! as for the real crab meat i boil it in diet 7-up(removes all crabby smell) with the shell on and then eat the meat as is, if you're cheating go ahead and add lemon and butter
