After training 15 years naturally, I think I have exhausted my natural resources. In recognizing this and trying the !-AD and all that other crap out I have realized that I maybe a prime candidate for the AS. Here are my stats

Currently:
32 yrs old
6'
193 lb
BF around 10%
I will list wieght I am currently using for 10 reps
Squat: 350
Bench: 275
DBL curls: 60's
Barbell rows: 275

48-49" chest 17 1/2 arms 32" waist 26" quads

Supplements:
Whey protein 2 shakes per day 100g in shakes alone
Glutamine everyday
multi vitamins
4-5 meals per day

I look great, feel great, but, am stuck. Would like to get to:

205-210 lb
8% BF
50" chest 19" arms 29"quads Would love to enter a show someday as well. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
 
Those are pretty impressive stats for a natural guy. You should do quite well with AS.
 
any ideas of what to start w/ and how much. I have no idea and need NON bullshit advice. Obviousley I dont need anyone telling me where to get. Thanks
 
realisticley, what could I expect to see from this short term, intermediate. Is this oral or injected. Thanks for the input
 
and from those combos what could I expect to see after a month or so, sides, gains, etc... Also what dosages.
 
I have done quite a bit of reading and know a handful of friends that compete currently on AS. I am sure all of you can appreciate literal science V.S. applied. So I would much rather get opinions from those who have used, gained, experienced sides etc.. to get a better working knowledge of how these chemicals work. At my size and experience level, I am scared to think of the gains I would make on sauce. I train my ass off and have, in every sense of the word tried EVERY alternative accept AS.

Remember I am 193-195 looking to go to 210-215 and increase my measurements by 1-2 inches keeping BF at approx same. I could care less about trying to bench 450lb or max my lifts for that matter, I want full, sculpted vascular muscle period.
 
Well I see what you want. Test only WILL (with proper diest) put on 20 lbs or more. Just make sure you do good post cycle therapy and you will keep 15lbs or more of it.

Gain the weight. Build the muscle. Then on your next cycle get yourself CUT and VASCULAR.

You need a big base to chisel it down to a nice sculpture

I cant say from experience on a test only cycle, however i have done a deca/winny/primo 12 weeks and am currently on a sust/deca for 8 weeks, i have currently just completed the frontload on the second cycle and am feelling the benifit's, a test only cycle will probably be beneficial to you but imho a frontload on the cycle is the way to go, get some nolva on hand for emergency and clomid for post cycle.

week 1 1000mg Test/cyp
week 2 750mg Test/cyp
week 3-8 500mg Test/cyp

do you feel anything the first few days, such as, more awareness, dizziness etc??? Also does it make sense to dramatically increase protien intake??
 
Just hang around and search the archeives. A wealth of info and different opinions can be found. What works for one person might not work for another. Their are short and quick acting anabolics. Injectables are safer on the liver than orals. Plain test cycles are common but I like the test/deca cycles. 8 to 10 weeks are common lengths. I would say 15lbs is average for a first cycle. 30lbs is on the high end. Its all about the diet. You might want to research short cycles I think they have some merit. So many options but keeping it simple and safe is the way to go.
