Ready for steroids?

Hey, got gifted a free PLAT (Thank you NeedTo) and have been using it a lot. Have found out a lot about AAS and i find the biochemistry interesting so im usually studying everday for about 3-4 hours. Im 23, 5'9" and i weigh 181. IDK about my BF but i have pics up. Been working out ever since highschool. Then went to marines and now im out and got a lot smaller but fit. I wanted to know what i should work on (muscle groups) that i lack in order to be ready for steroids. If i were to do a cycle it would be a test only cycle (maybe some dbol-25-30mg 4 weeks) for 12 weeks @ 400mg. My diet is spot on (i can post if requested) and i want to do a cycle, but i want to get a good foundation first. Maybe weigh 185,190 before i start.

I have always been lean, but i am trying to bulk so im eating a lot (mostly clean). It seems like i have bnig love handles and im tired of them. Is that just diet and getting to single digit BF?

Also, what can i do to get all my body up to par with eachother and proportioned? Look at pics thanks!

First of all....semper fi!

Second? Work out to your fullest potential naturally before trying steroids. Make sure that you have maximized all of your skeletal muscle and connective tissues so that there is no culture shock biochemically.

Bro you got a great base to work with. Lets see that diet?
 
Must be nice to be gifted that plat :) needtogetaas help a brother out -- I thought I was gifted one but maybe not??? Or maybe its used up? idk -- but ya it looks like you got a great platform to start with, eat right and dont start steroids til you plateau with your natural self.
 
exploit the last few years of major natty growth you have--then jump on the gear bus if you want.....and then remember this is a marathon not a sprint

Heres my diet usually in a day give or take

meal 1- 3 eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 5 tbs flax seed, 2 cups milk
Pre W/O- 50g Whey
During W/O- Carbo-rush
Post W/O- Glycomaize, 2 cups milk, creatine
20 min later- 50g whey
meal 2- 8 0z lean meat, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 2 cups chopped broccoli
meal 3- 2 cans tuna/1 big can of chicken, 3 tbsp mayo, 2 pieces whole wheat bread
meal 4- 8 oz lean meat, half cup almonds, 2 cups carrots
meal 5- ?????

Comes out to 4300 calories. Not sure about exact carbs/fat/protein but I would say 40C/40P/20F (Good fats, mostly unsaturated). I will continue to train natty until i get to 190-195 on this diet and a strict training routine. Supps include flax seed, multi-vitamin, creatine (KA), and im also about to get some BCAA's with glutamine.

1) Any other supps i can take that will help my foundation naturally?

2) For Post-W/O should i just do water and not milk? I read that milk doesnt help as it slows down the process of getting nutrients shuttled into the muscle cells....

3) I am trying to find a meal/shake that i can take before bed? Maybe some Casein? With milk or no?

thats what i do and my shake as glutamine in it so it also helps plus it gets me through the night without those late night cravings

Cool, ill have another before bed then too.

ANything else i can do guys like add more supps or change my diet? And should i have milk with my post w/o shake or no?
 
I think your meals look ok. Just my 2cents but try whey with water fresh out of bed as meal one. For meal two, try 3 egg whites and 2 whole egges with 2 whole wheat/whole grain bread. The two cups of milk im not sure, Im a water with every meal type person. For your pre w/o that seems like a lot of whey. I think you would be fine with just 20g and a glass of water with 50g of complex carbs. You have your carbs listed during your workout. Ive seen it done but i feel you might get better results if you take it at least 30 mins before with your whey to increase your power for your workout. After your workout, switch the milk with water. Milk will move to slow in your system and you need the whey to move fast. This is also the time, when you get them to throw in your BCAA's and some simple sugar carbs(white bread or potatoe). Meal 2 and 3 look ok but you might be over doing it with 2 cans of tuna. One should do you fine with whole wheat. If you can use less to none mayo, mustard is better. You wanna gain lean muscle and the mayo has too much fat. Also you can take out meal 2 and replace it with meal 3. For meal 3, a whey drink with a banna/peanut butter might be better. Eat the lean meat for dinner with some veggies. For your last meal drink a casein protein drink an hour before bed. I like to add in lean weight gainner with my casein to pack on some good mass. Hope it helps and I dont mean to sound like a book but it works. Good Luck! Oh and P.S. The d-bol with your first test cycle will work great. The down side is the water bloat. Look for sum Var. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks bro, heres the updated diet.

Meal 1- 50g Whey
Meal 2- 3 egg whites, 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, 2 pieces ww bread, 5 tbsp flax seed
Meal 3- 20g Whey, 3 pieces ww bread
During W/O- Gatorade
Post W/O- Glycomaize, creatine
Meal 4- 50g Whey
Meal 5- 1 can tuna, mustard, 2 pieces ww bread
Meal 6- 6-8oz lean meat, 2 pieces ww bread, 2 cups carrots
Meal 7- 6-8oz lean meat, half cup almonds, 2 cups chopped broccoli
Meal 8- 2 Scoops Casein

1) ANY OTHER SUPPS TO TAKE BEFORE GETTING TO MY NATTY LIMIT?
