Hey, got gifted a free PLAT (Thank you NeedTo) and have been using it a lot. Have found out a lot about AAS and i find the biochemistry interesting so im usually studying everday for about 3-4 hours. Im 23, 5'9" and i weigh 181. IDK about my BF but i have pics up. Been working out ever since highschool. Then went to marines and now im out and got a lot smaller but fit. I wanted to know what i should work on (muscle groups) that i lack in order to be ready for steroids. If i were to do a cycle it would be a test only cycle (maybe some dbol-25-30mg 4 weeks) for 12 weeks @ 400mg. My diet is spot on (i can post if requested) and i want to do a cycle, but i want to get a good foundation first. Maybe weigh 185,190 before i start.
I have always been lean, but i am trying to bulk so im eating a lot (mostly clean). It seems like i have bnig love handles and im tired of them. Is that just diet and getting to single digit BF?
Also, what can i do to get all my body up to par with eachother and proportioned? Look at pics thanks!
