I haven't updated my before and after pics yet. The back shot was only one photo. I will be doing some more after shots in a few weeks. I cheated and ate a lot of bad stuff for a few weeks recently .

My shoulder is f'd up. I probably should see a doctor. One of the trainers that has similar shoulder problems, told me I should probably take a few weeks off from any kind of pressing. UGGGHHHHH....
