Read this if you're looking for your first cycle.

adex and nolva would hinder gains in that cycle for a newbie. and imo way too many compounds for a newbie. newbie is what the names says new. Depending on training and how long you've trained for basic is better and so on for veterans. Lets say u just start training then a few weeks in you start a mass cycle like that, well know ur body has to adjust to the workout regime (recovery) as well as the mass amounts of compounds your body fights off.. we all heard of the test or sus flu every year and imo this is how it comes about. The body just doing to much work. when u have that many compounds the nervous system is goin baserk. a little dbol in the begining of a 6 weeker with test at the end and if ness. nolva when the itchy nips start. Everyone is diff and what works for them may not work for others. In all i would cut out the deca and adex or swicth the adex for nolva.... IMO less is best (good luck to all newbies)
 
A lot of guys don't agree with my suggestion. Which is absolutely 100% fine. This gives everyone a chance to give their opinions. But I will say that I don't think that 10mg/day of Nolva and .25-.5mg/day of Adex would hinder gains. I even think adding a Dostinex, or something else would be more beneficial. Would you rather be 2 pounds heavier with tits and no hair.... Or two pounds lighter without the crazy side effects?

Theres always more or less you can add based on your preference. But for me, I think your first is your best. Hit it hard. And safe. :):):):)
 
I am a newbie and I am looking to start my first cycle in about a month or so. What I have in mind taking is Sustanon 250 (injectable) and Dianabol 10mg (oral). I am confused on how long I need to take it to get a considerable amount of gains (20-40lbs). And how much to take. And when the cycle comes to an end, estrogen levels start to rise am I correct? So I should take Clomid or something else like it? Sorry for the questions, but I figure the only way I'm going to find out is if I ask.

BTW: I'm 5"11, I weigh about 195, have 10% body fat......maybe less (I haven't checked). HELP ME OUT GUYS!!!

I'm new to this site but I wanted to share my story so that maybe it might help.
I think most guys starting out should keep it simple and build on personal experience. I have only done 3 cycles and I used approx 250-500mg/wk of sust as a base. Durations 6-8wks
1st cycle- sust.
2nd- sust/primo (got really cut and lean).
3rd- sust/deca (bulked up more).
I experimented with the doses and types and I learned a little.
Age 18/19.
My biggest mistakes....
TOO YOUNG and NO PCT.
Lost most of it but I didn't know any better. Granted this is nothing new to the vets here but damn, I wish this site had been available to me back then. The amount of useful info here is Incredible but don't expect other people to do all the work for you. I'm 26 now and if I started back up I would still keep it simple and doses low. Why push the limit and risk unnecessary sides. Too many guys want instant gratification when they do a cycle-40lbs is a lot of F@#kin weight and stress to put on the heart in a couple weeks. You don't need to become Arnold over night. Be patient, it's a process and you have to work for it. Start small, you'll learn more about the AAS your taking and how they are interacting with your body.
