Sasa,

I totally understand where you're coming from.
Breathe, relax and try and regroup for a second.

Ok.

1st - I don't recall - but in all this time have you ever had your bodyfat checked?
If you have not do that as soon as possible and stop weighing yourself for at least 60 days and get your BF measured at most every 2 weeks.

Does anyone in your family have diabetes? Has a doctor told you anything about prediabetes? (they probably would not because you're young, your cholesterol is good and you're no where near obese by any means and you are physically active)

Also, when was the last time you when to the Gyn? PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) can also contribute to insulin resistance.

Ok my BF went up not big jump but it's going up 21% , doc checked my testosterone just fo case PCOS also she checked cortisol LH, DHEA FSH cholesterol, everything was OK. that's flustruated..of course she ordered blood test for case of PCOS, stress hormon, even insulin!!!

Post up:

T-3
T-4
Rev T3
TSH

your throid cant be "normal" at 150 mcg....I realize what you said....but ITS STILL LOW - even on that dose.

I have said this to you more than once.

You are doing:

TOO MUCH CARDIO
TOO MANY SETS ON EACH WORKOUT DAY

....and unless you have a BF% to go with the scale weight - you DONT KNOW IF YOU HAVCE GAINED FAT.....that is simply a fact

I told i will have result of test this week, but even when i was on 300mcg I couldn't lose anything!!

OK
1. I WILL CUT CARDIO and SETS!!!!!

Do you already have a log? If not, why not start one. List meals, supplements and workouts. The more information you give, the better the advice will be.

I recently purchased a book called Muscle Revolution by Chad Waterbury. It has several weight training programs. Enough to keep you busy for a year. It also has nutrition and supplement advice.

again.....

GET A BF TEST

If the nutritionisat said your BMR was 1600 cals, wouldn't 1300 be way too few to support any exercise? Shadow?

I had this same moment of sheer frustration and hysteria over my weight a year ago. It's extremely easy to get caught up in this focus on the weight, put yourself down, ask "Why", etc. It does no good -- it just frustrates you more so.

I feel for Sasa, so I think she needs patient responses right now. Anything resembling critism might further drive her to feel worse. And I'm sorry to jump in like this, Sasa, but people just sometimes forget what it's like to have that moment of anger and sadness and desperation, especially if it's been awhile. I remember my own moment all too well.

Let's get you a concrete plan that you can follow to the letter. I think saying things like "less cardio" might be a little unspecific for you right now and I think you really need some hard guidance and specific advice:

1) "Less cardio" is a great suggestion because yes, two hours is too much. I am 5'6 and 160# and I do 6 days a week of cardio, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 45-60 minutes. This is to help me lose body fat, because I understand the difference between what cardio and weights do for my figure. I would aim for you to do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Find something you enjoy doing, get some good music, and STOP when the time is up, don't keep going. You need to learn to do this with moderation so you don't become crazed.

2) When do you do your cardio sessions? The best time to get it done is in the morning. You sound extremely driven -- I used to wake up at 4:30am during the week to get my workouts in before work... now it's 5:30 so hey, that's a bit better! If you WANT THIS, you can make it happen! Just do it... there's no trick to it.

3) With the weights, I don't know how many reps you are doing or if you have a concrete plan in place (For example: "Shoulders" one day, "Lower Body another, "Biceps/Triceps" another and "Chest and Back" another). If you start a log (like Claire suggested -- good suggestion!) we can make more specific suggestions about which parts to work and how much. When you lift, focus on ONE of those four regions of the body, write down your workout BEFORE you leave home (Heck, copy a workout from someone's log here on EF). Make sure you limit each move to 3 sets MAX and 10-12 reps MAX. Just play around with it the first week and take good notes in a notebook at the gym.

4) Yes, get your body fat tested, but I think the BEST ADVICE here so far is to stay away from the scale for AT LEAST 60 days. This was ridiculously hard for me to do because I was a WeightWatcher for years and I relied on that scale EVERY WEEK to tell me my progress -- I would go through phases where I would fit better into my clothes and then I wouldn't... and I would peek at the scale and it would just set me off to not see what I wanted -- either a gain OR not "enough" of a loss for me to be happy.

Stay away from the scale -- write down your body fat %, use a tape measure -- that was the best thing I ever did last year for the first two months I started lifting and it changed my life and my perception of my body.

5) Food -- I tried to access your fitday but couldn't. If you post specific foods that will help us to give you more advice. If you are 130 lbs and 5'6, you should be eating 1350 or so to lose weight... I (at 160) eat 1600 or so daily, but eat whatever I want on Saturday (just whatever MEALS I want... not a crazy binge-fest) to replenish my glycogen stores that I depleted during the week with all the cardio.

Deep breath. Stay calm. Persevere. You are ALLOWED TO VENT. You are human -- but it's the way you react to this hurdle that will determine what type of person you are. So what, tough times happen. You need to decide now how you're doing to deal with it, ok? :) Pull through! Don't make excuses -- just design a plan, commit to it for at least 60-90 days, write it all on paper and DO NOT do anything other than that. You will see the results if you stick with something concrete without waivering or second-guessing your methods.

thanks a lot!!!! I need support, because I'm really bad now. I will cut cardio to 3 days, because now I'm doing 5 days {40-50min}. Also my training is
1. back+legs {15 rep, 9-12 sets each bodypart}
2. shoul+bi+tri {15 rep , 9 sets each body part}
3. chest+abs+ light legs {9-12 sets, 15 rep}

thanks!!!!

One last thing... stop calling yourself "bad". WHO you are is not determined by your training -- it's who you are ALL the time ASIDE from training.

You have "on" days and "off" days... those terms will make you feel better as person if you can retrain your brain to think that way. You're just having an "off" period right now... you'll get back "on" to things real soon. :)

Very true. We are almost like computers, when it comes to self-talk. What you say to yourself & about your self determines your mood, more than your mood determines your feelings.
Think nicer thoughts. Think better, stronger, smarter thoughts. You WILL become what you think. I know this. Trust me.
