I got answers i asked for, no's.
Which is good, more no's then yes is good means I will NOT be taking up a hgh cycle.

But I'd like a better insight on this topic from someone with experience. Just to get some details, learn alittle more and such, so if anyone with experience is up for a disscussion with me about hgh in my circumstances please do :)

More I know the better off I am for the future and explaining to my mate why Im not going through with it.
So if your up for a disscussion on hgh with a 22 year old beginer it'd be appriciated :)

what are you looking to know..

basically there is just very little point in adding hgh at a young age. you already have levels that most people are looking to get by supplementing. like giving a drunk solider a shot of gin.. no point really..

Well year 22, 5'10" 177cm, 55kg.

My mate whom is 38, he suggested 2 things, hgh being least affecting body wise, he got me to take a blood tests, and then suggested the hgh saying it'll help raise my testosterone levels and help in muscle development/repair/growth n burn fat, I already have an under 10% BF though, with my current dietry intake and a supplement that helps with protien coversion, I gain 1-3kg a month of lean muscle and he says it'll boost me to 3-5kg a month with the dosage he gave me, no less no more then that or i'd be playing costly games with my body.
But that is just his suggestion, so with the details I've explained would you concur or stick with just completely avoid it all and stick with complete natural gains?

The hgh comes from a gland starts with P inside the human body already, he explained abit of it to me, but I wanted other opinions to weigh it.
The no's I have serve well enough to weigh but he was alot more informal about it, so wanted the no's clarified alittle before completely shutting the door is all :)

I've read that men undergo a huge dropoff of HGH at age 20. About half of the most Hgh the body produces at highest point. I'm interested in young guys using Hgh myself. If it didn't do anything why are so many Young NFL guys using GH. It has to do something right?

Well my mate told me it won't make a huge difference on me, unlike at his age, but because it's the hormone that kicks in when we hit and go through puberty hence the higher sex drive (which was explained happily with a smile on his face) and muscle growth and testosterone increase's for it all, he says it's like putting your buddy into that state again, but with blood tests to make sure it's staying regulated, it'd make a fair change, but he did say it will if I increased does he recommended or near end of cycle I'll get growth pains in my joints, and it can cause hands to hurt and be hard to close and to stop and let it settle at that point but would only happen in those two circumstances, less is more right?

But again I'm young I produce a normal amount, my testostrone levels are slightly under normal, but nothing I can't fix naturally and increase naturally can be done, but hgh will give me that boost and head start,

But again that's his advice and such
I got more no's for it then yes. So I will not be touching it. Unless I get more that confirm it, I was more curious on why no, not if I should or shouldn't

^^^ they use GH cause they can without getting suspended. there is no reason to touch GH before 30.. you are producing enough at a young age to help restore and rebuild. its expensive as shit, and it will suppress your natural GH levels.

to the OP you are skinny as heck. but we all were when we were young. (some guys were fat but most were skinny) your metabolism is fast so walking to check the mail you burn away fat and muscle. you can eat pizza hut and mcdonalds and still not gain anything. but that will change once you get older, it comes with maturity. what you want to do is short cut things and not be patient and let yourself turn into a man.

so here is the bottom line. instead of wasting money on GH or AAS, take that money and invest in REAL FOOD. chicken, turkey, grassfed beef, cage free eggs, veggies, fruits, whole grains, pancakes.. and start going heavy and hard in the gym and lift like a man.. LIFT BIG, and EAT BIG. are you working out your legs like a madman at the gym? NO YOU ARE NOT. know how i know you aren't? cause no one who is your height and weighs what you weigh works out their legs correctly. its impossible. you should be doing squats, cleans, deadlifts. you should reduce your cardio until you get mass being put on

i've made it simple for you actually.. i have both a workout routine and a bulker in my signature below..

Yeah, and that is why I came to get advice on why NOT too.
Thank you for explaining it alot better for me :)

My dietry is pretty darn good...
4 chicken breasts, 8 eggs 2-3 protien shakes with a bcaa thingy in it- 150-200g carbs from pasts and brown rice, 15-18 slices of fortified wholemeal bread, so mass carb intake a day. Aswell as 2 fish caps, also a mix of vegs and lean red meats to keep up my micro nutrients, that's daily, I also split it between 6-8eals a day to maintain the protien conversion and not waste alot. That's good yes?

I have just started making a new routine thanks to advice and help from a member on here :)
But working my legs like a mad man is a no :/ I've been doing 120kg leg press 12x3 - and 34kg on leg curls n extentions 12x3 ea. for my legs
Although deadlifts and squats are in new routine and extentions are out. SL 5x5 workout thing was suggested to me which I'll be doing too.

It can help with recovery and repair of injured tissue and if your in any professional sport need all help can get. I ran hgh for 6 months at 22 and got good results as far as rested recovered and brought my knees back up to strength with muscle. Had a 6 month or more recovery from a hip surgery. Also been a few studies now that found when supplementing hgh even without training after I think couple months their times improved but dropped after stopping it.
Overall no real reason to use hgh especially when are younger
Sent from my DROID3 using EliteFitness

Okay so it really only gives me small results but also can cause my body to lower it's natural process of it.
Well I'm certainly happy I got onto here :) thank you guys
And to confirm. I will not be touching the hgh, I'll put my money into better investments :)
Thank you everyone :)
