i should have phrased things differently...im waiting on the name of the primo, i was just looking to get a lil info, if there is any on this, because i have never known of primo in 10ml...also i have never been the greatest dieter, i have always had a problem with carbs...at 6'2 225 and im looking to put back a lil muscle and end up 235 lean...def using primo...i have never used it before, i have mainly used lots of test, winnies here and there, clens....but i have never tried a dedicated cutting cycle....prob looking to use some winnie and test with this cycle....if anyone has any suggestions....please let me know.... thanks

whats your bf % ? if its high.. <15.. i say cut down naturally first then fit in another cycle to get some lbms on you

Alot of guys might not agree, But I was about 200 lbs (BEEEEERR) and lathargic, anyway, I asked this guy at the restraunt how to cut back naturally and this was his suggestion and it worked.
breakfast. Oatmeal. good kind, not the sugary candy like shit
lunch. good proties like fish, chicken, turkey, and veggies or salad.
dinner. clean high fiber veggies and dont eat after 7
you will prob take a big veggie dump in the am, and then start all over
workout add some good cardio.

dropped fat fast and felt f*%king good all at once :)
