Amp and Raw are like PB&J. You really don't have to use both but I HIGHLY recommend you do. Throw in some Gcovery for good measure and you will blow up brother. And if you want a super potent legal stack, take the ENTIRE Amp stack, throw in some Unleashed and a few squirts of derma and you are talking the ultimate in legal muscle building stacks!
