Ive injured my left bicep so now there a lot of exercises I can not do until it heals. I can still train but but I need to avoid that area. I can not do any chest movements.

How is this workout?

5x5 Leg Press
5x5 Yates Rows
5x5 Shoulder Press

1 day on, 1 day off etc.?

how can u do rows and not do squats? the tension on the biceps is more on the rows than on sqquats...or is it that u have other injuries?

i dont know how it works
i can do rows and feel nothing, but just the positioning of the arms from squats brings the pain on bad - and i have tried dif angles

Go to the doctor and do what he/she says. No good reason to train on an injured muscle.

im not training an injured muscle
and i am seeing a physio
and doing yates rows i do not feel it in my bicep

anyone going to give training advice here?

unless you're trying to tear at the bar with your hands, i don't see why squatting should hurt your biceps. so - in essence what i'm saying is sub squats for leg presses.
why can you NOT do bench press? why only shoulder press? what about deads?

you haven't mentioned which days you workout, are there any light/medium days or do you attempt all out heavy every time you workout. what are your goals, your present stats (age/wt/ht/lifting experience/rough bf%)?
