rate my PCT

going to do 500mg of test e for 10 weeks as a first cycle, will do 500iu of hcg EW to stop the boys shrinking including 1 week after last injection. 2 weeks after last inj i will start pct which is 20mg of nolva ED for 3 weeks. good enough? or have i missed something?. all help apprieciated.

i would not run the HCG throughout the whole cycle. If you want to bring the boys back to size part way throught then i would run it for a week, and then save the rest for pct. run the HCG for about 2 weeks starting one week after ur last test inj. at about 500iu ED for those 2 weeks, run the nolva along with it for about 4 weeks at 20mg ED

agree w/ motoxer - the whole "run HCG throughout the entire cycle" thing is overblown IMO. I believe more of that mantra was introduced by Swale the TRT Dr. since it is no problem for a phys. injecting AAS once a wk to incorporate HCG into the protocol (and potentially more $$$$ rewarding ;-) I don't think it is a bad protocol, I just think that many other very experienced and knowledgable guys have gotten great results with a good HCG protocol at the end of the cycle and that is certainly more convenient and cost effective for most people. And the only goal at the end of the day is to return the testes and HTPA to normal stable function, so as long as this achieves that purpose it is just as good as any other approach.
