Rate my cycle - Recomp

Hi guys, this is what I'm currently running, and I want YOU to say what you think about it =)

The purpose of this cycle is recomp, so I'm cutting the first 4 weeks, leanbulk for 6 weeks, and cut the last 4 weeks.


1-14 Test E, 600mg per week
1-12 EQ, 200mg per week <- This is only for joint support
1-4(5) Tbol, 60mg ED
10-14 Tbol, 60mg ED

1-12 aromasin, 12,5mg EOD
12-14 aromasin, 25mg EOD
4-14 HCG, 500IU per week

My precycle stats:
H: 6'3
W: 218lbs
Fat: 11,6%


Diet:

Under my cutting I'm in ketosis, eating minimum 300gram of protein per day, around 100grams of healthy fats, and close to 0 carbs.

Under my leanbulk I plan to just add a little more carbs, and lower the fat abit. Just to get me over maintainance kcal.


What do you think about my approach?
 
Given your height and weight it looks like you could use a bit more calories. I like the dosages, nice and easy. Are you having blood work done? My buddy did the ketone diet and his blood work came back kinda scarey but he takes so much shit who knows if its the diet
 

right. Also the cut/lean bulk/cut thing is not the best way to do things. Str8 up bulk the first half then cut the second. When you go into pct (and I hope you are doing pct) focus on maintaning gains and forget the cutting Idea. Adding need2slin to your pct will help your body use cals better thus converting more to muscle energy and less as stared fat.

Nice stable doses nothing outrageous. What do you got set up for a pct?
