ran a 5k this weekend

been running a bit lately, mostly mtn hills...and this race was all flats.
so i blazed it, or so i felt i did...mile avg time was 7:53...not a gold medal time but not bad for a weekend warrior aged 35

cardio sucks i hate it but i have to be wind fit for my job.
and it makes every aspect of my life better...in the weight room esp, i feel more energized.
i just keep it chill and run 3 miles 3-4 times a week...its mostly uphill and i avg proly 9ish min miles.
some dudes i work with blaze it out on the trail, running 6-7 min miles for multiple miles.
one of these bros ran the boston, thankfully he is okay though he got caught up in the chaos
 
Ya I don't like cardio either man but I really do need a change...I don't like packing around 260lbs...I'm already down 10lbs and feel great...
 
as a off again/on again jogger, being cardio fit:
-makes me sex better i can hit it longer and stronger
-quicker workouts energy levels and overall gym experience is better
-i can hang with my stepson and keep up with his slightly older cousins
doing backyard sports shit
-perform at my job better

cons:
cardio is for faggots
 
cardio is definitely for faggots. I fucking hate it. I need to find a sport to play...intramurals or something. Not basketball, that's a fgt sport. Maybe football or hockey.

I went over the handlebars Sunday in a road race. I was with the lead group when I went down. Fml.
I still ended up finishing 10th overall after losing the lead group. I have some sweet road rash and my ribs and shoulder feel pretty beat up. Bitches love road rash and crisp tan lines.
 
I'm built to run in short bursts, fuck all that running for fun. I wouldn't run that far for tree hundeed and fidy million dollars

But lets get fucking serious for a minute. I've been doing 3mi runs everyday now for about three months and fucking love how I feel. I can't imagine 260lbs being comfortable bro; 220 for me was fucking miserable even with no bf. it's about functionality for me now, that's the way to go. My dick even grew another 2", so I'm a strong 2.5" now

I don't see any issues with running or cardio while on test. I've never had any sort of noticeable sides on test e.

Also, here in the chat section, we all look like the kind of guys that would hang around kids parks.
 
do ou guys think its ok to run while on test cycle?

think about all the athletes who have to run for training and are definitely joosed to the hilt
