I was not on his side for this fight, but he is a GREAT fighter! He cracks me up. He said Henderson was beating his fist up with his face. LMAO

Rampage is fighting a lot of guys that are 7-10 years his senior. I can not say this enough...I want to see him fight Shogun again

what are you talking about? He came close to winning that fight. Rampage had his hands full. If hendo had gone to the ground more, the fight would have been over in the first or second round latest. I don't know if too many guys in that division can take that many rampage punches to the face and stay standing.

I'm just think Hendo would have faired better a few 5 or 6 years ago. The age difference was 29 to 37 that's signficant for someone who competed at the level Dan has.

Like I said Couture is a freak, most can't compete into their 40's.

I don't think Hendo dominate Rampage on the ground, but he had opportunities, and in a rematch he'd give Rampage all he could handle again.

What, because I am a female you though I was not into UFC? My Grappling skills are pretty good. I can tell you this.. I have one move that will snap your knee caps real quick :qt:

and no, I would have never pegged you for a UFC watcher. Not because you're a female.........but you're so tiny and petite, and not "mean" looking.......know what I mean? I know plenty of girls that watch football that don't look mean............but cage fighting??

Hard to describe in writing. I was a move that was shown to me by a REAL Brazilian fighter a few years back. He was my neighbor so I got a few free lessons. The move he showed me is one every women should know.

If a man ever forces you to the ground and and he is in between your legs, you tuck your feet under his ankles or shins and push your legs to the outside while pushing your pelvis upward and after you hear the snap, you take the back of your arm to the side of his neck and push him off. Then you can sit around and beat the fuck out of him if you wish or run like hell. However, he will not be running after you :qt:

I am glad that I don't look mean. When I say I love that shit I REALLY mean it. I need to get an Ipod with video so I can watch it while working out. LOL

hmmm, no joking here......my ex would do that while we were having sex so that her clit would get harder contact with my pelvic region.........I don't see how a woman, or a man, could exert that much upward force to snap the legs??? You'd have to create almost a powerlifting arch no?? And you'd "have" to be knee to knee with him right? Don't get me wrong, it sounds like an awesome move because that's exactly where a rapist would place himself. But you'd have to be one STRONG ass woman to pull that off with even a 200 pound man.......

It has NOTHING to do with power, it's all about leverage/body weight. The first time I ever did that move was on him and I was not sure of what I was doing. Now this guy is 200+ lbs and I made him tap out. He was a little upset with me but then laughed about it.
