Ramen is good and cheap. While bulking do you think this is a decent addition? I cant remeber the fat, but I think one serving has 180 cal, 41 g carbs, 6 g sugar. I know they have high sodium, but I only use 1/4 of the salt flavoring they give with the stuff. Also are they carbs high or low gi. They are made probably pretty crappy so they are probably high gi.
