Actually to be honest I am not quite that lean at the moment. This pic was from a few months back. I plan to hit it hard again in another month. I took a little break after phase II. I can say though that I kept a lot of my gains even when I took a little break. I am not as lean, but my back definitely still looks nice considering I am "off season".

Anyway, enough of hijacking this good thread for Radar.
