TxRugby_8 New member Nov 16, 2003 #6 I've just starting doing Incline rack lockouts and all i can say is DAMN! It sounds like it would be akward but it really isn't and i get a good pump. cheers

Exodus High End Bro Platinum Nov 16, 2003 #7 on a side note on rack lockouts. on all places possible. i set up the hooks where i want them to normally unrack a bench. then set the pins to the desired height. this way i get to get used to unracking the heavy weight, and reracking it as well. X
