took 2 weeks off from the gym to rest and shit and do school work... ahh much better, but even better to get back into the gym
I did my 5x5 's on the rack for deadlifts
500lbs 5x5 for the rack deadlifts... lowest setting is at knee level...
2 weeks off so essential is been 3 week fmr last deadlifting ... pretty decent.. gotta work up to what i was doin last spring.. 585
